LEGACY VAULT AUTHENTICS – PAYMENT PLAN POLICY  

• At checkout, you have the option for payment options through other companies like 
Shop Pay. If eligible, they pay for your items so we can go ahead and ship them 
while you pay them. You need to review their payment policies as we do not have 
anything to do with that. We just offer it as a way to help you get your items sooner. 
If you're not eligible or prefer to go directly through us, we offer in-house payment 
options as well.  

LEGACY VAULT AUTHENTICS – IN-HOUSE PAYMENT PLAN POLICY

some pieces are too important to miss. Our payment program allows 
collectors to reserve premium items with a deposit and complete 
payment over time—without sacrificing access to rare inventory.

HOW IT WORKS  

• Headline: How It Works  
o Step 1 – Contact us with the items that your putting on layaway so we can set 
you up an invoice. 
o Step 2 - (Secure Your Item) Place a non-refundable deposit to reserve the 
item.  
o Step 3 – (Structured Payments) Complete payments over an agreed 
timeframe. These payments can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. 
o Step 4 – (Item Reserved for You) The item is held exclusively and removed 
from public inventory.  
o Step 5 – (Delivery) Once fully paid, your item is shipped securely to you.  

PAYMENT TERMS

• Minimum 20% non-refundable deposit required  
• Remaining balance must be paid within 5 monthly payments minimum. 20% down 
and 20% minimum a month 
• Payment schedule is agreed upon at the time of purchase, this is where we will set 
up tailored to you personally and make any tweaks that we need to so you can get 
your items the easiest for you while still taking care of you and our business.  
• Full payment must be completed before shipment  

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

o All deposits are non-refundable. Because the item is removed from inventory 
and reserved exclusively: Deposits secure your commitment Protect against 
canceled reservations Ensure fairness to other collectors

MISSED PAYMENTS / DEFAULTS 

• Headline: Missed Payments  
o Payment plans must be honored according to the agreed schedule. If 
payments are missed or communication stops: The order may will be 
canceled. The item will be returned to inventory. All payments made 
(including deposit) will be forfeited. If you are going to miss a payment or 
need to work something out, please contact us. No communication 
terminates the layaway because we do not know what is going on. We will 
not hold items for months without payments as that is not fair to us or our 
other customers. This is meant to help everyone, not just tie up items and 
forget about them.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

• Payment plans are available on:  
o All all items that are not in the not eligible section!! Yes, I offer it on all items 
possible to help with large and small collections! 
▪ Yes this includes hobby boxes, cards, figures, belts, vault creations, 
autographs, and so much more!! 
o Make sure you read the selection below for what is not available. Small but 
important 
o IMPORTANT.... if you send in an item for a private signing on layaway, it must 
be paid in full if it is personalized or is a picture with someone else in it like 
yourself. If this item does not have the personalization in it, we will allow it to 
be used in a payment plan but if you quit paying... you will lose the item you 
sent in as well because we never got paid.  

ELIGIBLE ITEMS Headline: Eligible Items 
• Payment plans are not available for: 
o Any games that you play in. You must pay up-front for any games 
o Any personalized items. This includes any vault creations that tailor to you 
personally that have pictures of you or anything that I cannot sell in my store. 
This also includes any item from a private signing that you want to 
personalize.  

CANCELLATIONS

o Payment plans cannot be canceled once started  
o All payments made are non-refundable  

SHIPPING  

• Headline: Shipping  
o Items will only be shipped once full payment has been received. All 
shipments include: Secure packaging and tracking

FINAL TRUST STATEMENT

• Our payment program is designed to give collectors access to premium pieces 
while maintaining the integrity and trust that define Legacy Vault Authentics. This is 
something that is not offered much in the industry anymore due to the abuse of the 
system. This must still be treated as a bill and be paid every month or have 
consequences like anything else. Not paying layaway commitments hurts other 
customers, our business, and ultimately you as well. Let's work together to make 
sure this is a positive experience for everyone so we can continue to offer it to all 
our great customers.
