shipment with the utmost care, ensuring your collectibles arrive safely and 
securely. 

• PROCESS OVERVIEW Headline: How We Ship Your Collectibles Layout:  
o Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Each item is carefully 
inspected before shipment to ensure authenticity and condition.  

o All items are packaged securely to prevent damage. We spend time making 
sure every item is fragile or not. Expensive or inexpensive is packed securely 
to prevent any damage as all collectibles can be very dear to our legacy. 

o Shipping Method: We use reliable carriers with tracking included on every 
shipment. Due to so much lost mail lately in our mailing systems to protect 
us and you all items have to come with insurance now. I have worked on 
deals with many carriers to get shipping down as much as possible to offer 
some of the cheapest rates in the industry. Insurance is a flat with 2% of the 
item’s cost! This included international orders. However, we must put the 
real items value for customs to use insurance.  

o At the moment, while I set everything up after being sick for a few years, I will 
only be shipping on Monday.  

o Delivery: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days (domestic). 
International shipping times vary depending on location and customs.  

o SHIPPING COSTS Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight 

o  INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Headline: International Orders Customs duties, 
taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. 
Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. We 
recommend checking your country’s import policies before ordering as we 
do not know any of these fees, and do not collect them. This happens on 
your end.  

o INSURANCE & TRACKING Headline: Tracking & Insurance All orders include 
tracking information. We also charge for insurance but have worked out 
deals to offer it cheaply so your items are protected financially incase 
something was to go wrong on the way to you. 

o DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS Headline: Damaged or Lost Shipments While we 
take every precaution, accidents can happen in transit. If your item arrives 
damaged or is lost during shipping: Contact us immediately at 
[email/contact link] Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging We 
will work quickly to resolve the issue, including replacement or insurance 
claim assistance Your satisfaction and trust are our top priority. We have to 
have the photos to provide to the insurance companies. We have signed with 
a new insurance company that is supposed to help us within 7 days of filing 
the report.
