• ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS Headline: Return Eligibility We accept returns under the
following conditions:
o Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
o Item must be in original condition
o Item must include all original packaging
o Item must not be altered, damaged, or tampered with Because of the nature
of signed collectibles, all returns are carefully reviewed to ensure
authenticity and integrity.
o Returns that fall within the guidelines but is not something that we caused
like sending the wrong item or something that may have not passed
authenticity if it was to happen will have a 20% restocking fee taken from the
total and customer is also responsible for return shipping.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

o Custom or personalized items (inscriptions, special requests)
o Send-in items from private signings
o Items marked as final sale
o Any item that has been altered after delivery
o Items purchased through a hobby box break or through any form of game, it
is not eligible for a return

o Every item sold by Legacy Vault Authentics is guaranteed to be authentic.
▪ If there is ever a legitimate concern regarding authenticity: Contact us
immediately We will review the claim thoroughly If proven inauthentic
by PSA, Beckett, or JSA send us the proof and the item back. Just pack
it back up safely, send us info so we can send a return label, and a full
refund will be issued with us paying for returned shipping. We like
getting the item back to have it looked at again by one of our
authenticators before tossing them. We stand behind our items—no
exceptions. There will be no waiting time or having to get a second
opinion. Once received, a cash refund or credit refund will be Initiated
at buyers' choice.

CANCELLATIONS

o Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet shipped
o 20% restocking fee because we have to go back and change the order
through our systems. This is not available for any games even if it has not run
yet
o Private signing orders cannot be canceled once submitted
