Payment Options

At checkout, you may have access to payment options through third party providers such as Shop Pay.

If eligible, these providers will pay for your item upfront so we can ship it immediately while you make payments to them directly. Please review their terms and policies, as we are not responsible for their services.

If you are not eligible or prefer to work directly with us, we also offer in house payment plans.

At Legacy Vault Authentics, we understand that some pieces are too important to miss. Our payment program allows collectors to reserve premium items with a deposit and complete payment over time without losing access to rare inventory.

How It Works

  1. Contact Us
    Reach out with the item or items you want to place on layaway so we can create your invoice
  2. Secure Your Item
    Place a non refundable deposit to reserve the item
  3. Structured Payments
    Complete payments over an agreed timeframe
    Options include weekly, bi weekly, or monthly payments
  4. Item Reserved for You
    The item is held exclusively and removed from public inventory
  5. Delivery
    Once fully paid, your item is shipped securely to you

Payment Terms

  • Minimum 20 percent non refundable deposit required
  • Remaining balance must be completed within a structured plan
  • Payments are typically set at 20 percent per month minimum
  • Payment schedules are customized at the time of purchase to fit your needs
  • Full payment must be completed before shipment

Deposit Policy

All deposits are non refundable.

Deposits:

  • Secure your commitment
  • Remove the item from inventory
  • Ensure fairness to other collectors

Missed Payments

Payment plans must be followed according to the agreed schedule.

If payments are missed or communication stops:

  • The order may be canceled
  • The item will be returned to inventory
  • All payments made, including the deposit, will be forfeited

If you anticipate missing a payment, contact us as soon as possible. Communication is key. Plans with no communication will be terminated, as items cannot be held indefinitely.

Eligible Items

Payment plans are available on most items, including:

  • Hobby boxes
  • Trading cards
  • Figures
  • Championship belts
  • Vault creations
  • Autographs
  • And more

Important:
If you send in an item for a private signing:

  • Personalized items must be paid in full upfront
  • Non personalized items may qualify for a payment plan
  • If payments stop, you may lose the item you submitted

Non Eligible Items

Payment plans are not available for:

  • Any games or box breaks
  • Personalized items
  • Custom vault creations that cannot be resold
  • Private signing items that are personalized

Cancellations

  • Payment plans cannot be canceled once started
  • All payments made are non refundable

Shipping

  • Items are shipped only after full payment is completed
  • All shipments include:
    • Secure packaging
    • Tracking
