Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
At Legacy Vault Authentics, we stand behind every item we offer. Your confidence matters to us, and we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be in original condition
- Item must include all original packaging
- Item must not be altered, damaged, or tampered with
Because of the nature of signed collectibles, all returns are carefully reviewed to ensure authenticity and integrity.
Restocking Fee
- Returns that are not due to our error (e.g., wrong item, authenticity issue) are subject to:
- 20% restocking fee
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., inscriptions, special requests)
- Send-in items from private signings
- Items marked as final sale
- Any item altered after delivery
- Items purchased through hobby box breaks or games
Authenticity Guarantee
Every item sold by Legacy Vault Authentics is guaranteed to be authentic.
If there is ever a legitimate concern regarding authenticity:
- Contact us immediately
- We will review the claim thoroughly
- If proven inauthentic by PSA, Beckett, or JSA:
- Provide proof and return the item
- We will provide a return shipping label
- A full refund will be issued (buyer’s choice of cash or credit)
We may retain returned items for further authentication review.
We stand behind our items — no exceptions.
Once the item is received, refunds are initiated promptly without requiring additional opinions.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Ship the item back securely
Important: Do not send items back without approval, as this may result in delays or denial.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected
- Approved refunds (minus any applicable restocking fees) are returned to the original payment method
- Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after approval
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:
- Item arrived damaged
- Incorrect item was received
- Verified authenticity issue
In these cases, we will provide a return shipping label.
We strongly recommend:
- Tracking
- Insurance for high-value items
We are not responsible for items lost in return transit and cannot issue refunds for items not received.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
We will resolve the issue quickly, including replacement or refund if necessary. Photos are required for insurance claims.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet shipped
- A 20% restocking fee applies to cancellations
- Orders related to games or box breaks cannot be canceled
- Private signing orders cannot be canceled once submitted
