At Legacy Vault Authentics, we understand that every item you purchase is a piece of history. That’s why we handle each shipment with the utmost care, ensuring your collectibles arrive safely and securely.
How We Ship Your Collectibles

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipment to verify authenticity and condition. -
Packaging Standards:
All items are packaged securely to prevent damage. Whether fragile or durable, high-value or modest, every collectible is treated with the same level of care and respect for its importance. -
Shipping Method:
We use reliable carriers with full tracking included on every shipment.
Due to increased issues with lost mail, insurance is required on all orders to protect both you and us.- Insurance is charged at a flat rate of 2% of the item’s value
- Applies to both domestic and international shipments
- Items are declared at full value for customs and insurance purposes

Shipping Schedule:
At this time, shipments are dispatched once per week on Mondays while operations are being fully reestablished. -
Delivery Estimates:
- Domestic: 3–7 business days after shipment
- International: Varies based on destination and customs processing
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and applicable insurance.
International Orders
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer
- These fees are not included in your order total and are not collected by us
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
We strongly recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order.
Tracking & Insurance
All orders include:
- Full tracking information
- Mandatory insurance coverage for financial protection
We have negotiated competitive rates to ensure insurance remains affordable while keeping your collectibles protected throughout transit.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
While every precaution is taken, issues during transit can occasionally occur.
If your item is damaged or lost, please:

- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
- Retain all packaging materials for inspection if required
We will work quickly to resolve the issue, including:
- Assisting with insurance claims
- Providing replacements where applicable
Important: Photos are required for insurance claims.
We are partnered with a new insurance provider that aims to resolve claims within 7 days of filing.
